XLR OS — Terms

What you're buying. XLR OS is a digital product: eighteen products containing 157 skills, delivered as plugin and skill files you install into your own Claude account, plus the Brand & Audience Compass book as a PDF and written guides for every product. One payment of $299. Yours to keep.

What you need to run it. These files run inside Claude, which is a separate product from Anthropic that you supply yourself. A free Claude account is enough to install and run them. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, and we don't control Claude's pricing, plans, features, usage limits or availability. If Claude changes, we update the files where we can; we can't promise a third party's product will stay the same.

What unlocks over time. Updates are included at no extra cost, permanently. When a product is improved you get the improved version. A capture product is in development and will be added to your account when it ships.

What is not promised. This product does not promise sales, income, leads, rankings or any financial result. What you build, and whether anyone buys it, depends on your work, your market, and factors outside our control. Any examples shown are illustrative, not typical, and not a guarantee. The skills refuse to invent statistics, testimonials or benchmarks, which means they will sometimes tell you they don't know rather than hand you a number. That's the product working correctly.

Refunds. Because the files are delivered immediately on purchase, this product carries one guarantee instead of an open return. Install the library, run the diagnostic skills against your own numbers, page and offer, and give it thirty days. If it doesn't name a specific, dated finding you can act on, email us and get the $299 back. The promise isn't that you'll build something. It's that you'll find something. After thirty days, all sales are final.

Your account. This licence covers one company. Install the files in your own Claude workspace and the people who work for you may use them there. Don't redistribute, resell, republish or repackage the plugin files, the skills, the doctrine or the written materials, and don't use them to deliver a competing product. We may end access without refund for sharing or redistribution.

Premium. XLR OS Premium is a separate purchase that adds a one-to-one call, direct chat access and a seat in the live Rain Room. The upgrade price offered immediately after purchase is available on that page only, and seats are limited because the calls are on a calendar. Premium sessions may be recorded; attending means you may appear in a recording other members can watch. Chat access and session availability may be adjusted, and existing members keep the terms they bought under.

Your work is yours. Anything you create using these tools belongs to you. We claim no ownership of your product, your pages, your copy or your revenue. Your inputs stay in your own Claude account; nothing in these files sends your business data to us. We may ask permission before showcasing your work.

Support. Email gil@chiefrainmaker.com with the product name and what happened. We would rather unstick you than leave you with files you never used. Support covers installing and running what you bought; it isn't done-for-you marketing work.

Changes. We may update the materials, improve the plugins and change how the products are packaged. You get the updates. If the offer itself changes, existing buyers keep the terms they bought under.
