Recruiting XLR — Terms

What you're buying. Recruiting XLR is a digital product: seven Claude skills (install, profile, review, outreach, value, reply, inspect), the complete LinkedIn Recruiting Engine course of 12 modules and 55 lessons across 151 pages, 35 implementation workbooks, the Feed Your AI setup sheet, the 22-page Operator Manual, the no-go list, and the Brand & Audience Compass book and skill. One payment of $199. Yours to keep.

What you need to run it. The seven skills run inside Claude, a separate product from Anthropic that you supply yourself. A free Claude account is enough. The course documents work in Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini or any other AI you already use. We are not affiliated with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google or LinkedIn, and we don't control their pricing, plans, features, limits or availability.

What is not promised. This product does not promise leads, recruits, sales, income, rank advancement, response rates, booked calls, outreach volume, account performance or LinkedIn account safety. Results depend on your work, your market, your offer and factors outside our control. Any examples shown are illustrative, not typical, and not a guarantee. The skills refuse to write income claims, rank claims or response-rate promises, and they won't invent details about a prospect. That's the product working correctly.

LinkedIn is not part of this. Nothing here automates LinkedIn, sends messages, accepts connections or logs into any account on your behalf. You paste things in and you decide what goes out. Following LinkedIn's terms, applicable law, industry rules and your own company's policies is your responsibility, and so is anything you send.

Third-party tools. Module 6 references a third-party AI discovery tool we have an affiliate relationship with, meaning we may earn a commission if you subscribe. The tool is optional; the system works without it. We don't control that product's pricing, features or availability.

Refunds. The files are delivered immediately on purchase, so this product is sold without a refund. If something has gone wrong, email gil@chiefrainmaker.com. We would rather fix it than leave you stuck.

Your account. This licence covers one company. Install the files in your own Claude workspace and the people who work for you may use them there. Don't redistribute, resell, republish or repackage the skills, the course, the workbooks or the written materials, and don't use them to deliver a competing product. We may end access without refund for sharing or redistribution.

Your work is yours. Anything you create using these tools belongs to you — your messages, your profile, your loop card, your results. We claim no ownership. Your inputs stay in your own AI account; nothing in these files sends your data to us. We may ask permission before showcasing your work.

Support. Email gil@chiefrainmaker.com with what you were running and what happened. Support covers installing and running what you bought; it isn't done-for-you recruiting.

Changes. We may update the course and improve the skills. You get the updates. If the offer itself changes, existing buyers keep the terms they bought under.
